When you book a meeting in your office agenda which is synchronised with Skedify, please take note of the following. 

Skedify will not show availability when there is already a meeting in your agenda which has the status "BUSY" or "AWAY", all others will still be shown as free slots.

So, If you just want to put a reminder in your agenda, mark them as "FREE". If your are not available use "BUSY" or "AWAY"

When you are using an "out of office", most calendar systems mark a whole day activity standard as "FREE" please pay attention to this in order not to book meetings while you are enjoying the sun in a far away land
